I have a LT Atom as an outerlayer midlayer and lightweight for end of season. its perfect for this use as it is very lightweight, and have side panels stretch fits snug over layers of light background. very tight is the key here, is not very thick and is likely to be a bit pointless if the air is allowed to blow through. as a stand alone, I'd say its good for light to medium activity levels at a temperature of 30-50F in a layer of primers (windshirt is a good match).
